Area 2 Representative (South Region, all areas south of Alexandria, and surrounding parishes) Soccer Division

Tyler was appointed to the LHSOA Executive Committee in 2012 as one of two soccer representatives. Tyler has been a soccer referee for 12 years and is currently a grade 5 referee. He became a high school soccer referee in 2007 and has traveled all over the region to referee soccer. While attending USYSA regionals, he received the Top 25 Referee award in 2008, 2012, 2013, and 2014. He’s also received the Top 25 Assistant Referee award in 2011 and was selected for USYSA Nationals in 2013 and President’s Cup Nationals in 2014. Tyler became the referee assigner for the adult leagues in Lafayette in 2008 and the high school assignment secretary in 2010, positions he holds today. In 2013, he became an instructor and referee assessor. Tyler resides in Lafayette, Louisiana.
