Dilton was appointed to the LHSOA Executive Committee in Fall 2019. He has been umpiring high school softball for 7 years with the Baton Rouge Softball Chapter where he currently serves as an at-large board member. Dilton is a Civil Engineer for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development and resides in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
