A journalist by day, Bret has officiated high school basketball for the past six years and high school baseball for the past five. He's also entering his fourth season calling women's college basketball, officiating in Division II, Division III, NAIA and junior colleges. He resides in Alexandria and is a member of the Alexandria Area Basketball Officials Association and the Cenla Umpires Association.
