Bill Willis

Area 2 Representative (Lake Charles, Lafayette, and Alexandria) Chairman, Football Division

Bill was appointed to the LHSOA Executive Committee in 2011 and in December 2013, he was elected Football Division Chairman, succeeding Kevin Boitman. Bill has been a high school football official in Louisiana for 37 years as a member of the Lake Charles Area Football Officials Association. He served as Assistant Assignment Secretary for 4 years, President of the Lake Charles Association 3 terms and is the current past President. Bill officiated in the Southland Football Conference as a Field Judge for 2 seasons (2004-2005) and in the National Indoor Football League as a Referee for 5 seasons (2000-2005). Bill continues to work in healthcare services and over the past 34 years, has held various senior executive hospital management and hospital laboratory positions. He served as the Chairman of the Board – Chamber of Southwest Louisiana in 2006 and continues to be active in various community activities and civic organizations.
